Mail Guardian protects your e.mail in the event that we experience technical problems. This is highly recommended if your business or organization is highly dependent on e.mail.
Mail Guardian works by sending all your e.mail to backup servers at another location. Mail is then forwarded directly to our local mail servers. In the event our servers do not respond for some reason mail is held for 5 days on the backup servers until it can successfully connect to our mail servers again. This provides redundancy and helps ensure that you don't lose any precious e.mail messages.
There are 4 different storage size options available. To decide which one best fits your needs, determine how much total mail all e.mail addresses for your domain receive and if you receive large attachments. If so, going with more storage is recommended. If you require extra storage please contact us.

It is very easy to add Mail Guardian to your hosting plan. Once we receive the request we will have your account set up within 24 hours. Just use the following steps below, you will receive an e.mail with complete setup instructions and we will finish the rest:
- Log in to your Control Panel and select Packages.
- Click the domain name that you wish to add the service to in the Package Name table.
- Click Extra Features.
- Select the Service you wish to add.
